My name is Eddie (some people call me "Bush") and this is my home page.

I am a native of Thibodaux, La., but live near Nashville, Tenn., now. This picture was taken at Steamboat Bill's, the best place for boiled crawfish in the greater Nashville area. If you're ever in the area and missing Cajun cooking, Steamboat Bill's can't be beat.

There are a lot of Cajuns in the Nashville area. So many, that there's an LSU alumni chapter here in Music City.

And there's lots of places to fish here too. They even have sac-a-lait, but they call it "crappie" for some strange reason.

I recently started a blog, where I talk about the life of a coonass in the hills of Tennessee.
